坂本龍一「Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence」が全595個の音のコレクタブルNFTに。

同作は坂本龍一を代表する作品の1つで、闘病中の2021年に唯一レコーディングスタジオで演奏された「Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - 2021」バージョン。2021年7月30日にBunkamura Studio（東京）にてレコーディングされた音源。右手のメロディーの595音を1音ずつデジタル上分割し、NFT化した。

各1音と1小節楽譜は、それぞれのNFTが作品のどの位置のものかを示すもの。1音が世界に一つだけの坂本龍一初のNFTとなり、595音が全て揃うことで1曲となる。1小節ごとに1音ずつナンバリングされ、合計96小節で595音となる。

なおこのコレクタブルNFT所有者は、2021年12月24日から「Adam byGMO」で開催される、『坂本龍一「Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence」直筆楽譜を入手できる権利NFT』のオークションへの参加が可能。またNFT初回購入者限定の特典として、「Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - 2021」フルバージョンのWAVファイルを期間限定でダウンロードできるリンクを後日メールで送付します。

●NFT作品名と音の説明
NFT作品名の冒頭に付加された、前半の数字が楽譜の何小節目か、後半の数字がその小節での何音目かを表現している。作品名が「1-1 "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" Ryuichi Sakamoto 坂本龍一」の場合は、1小節目の1音目のNFTを表す。

音源に関しては下記法則に沿っています。
1. 該当音の切り出しは、右手のトップノートが基準です。
2. 音終わりが欠けてしまう該当音については、2小節分の長さで書き出しています。
3. 各小節のラストノート（最後の1音）は、次の小節に渡って音が響いています。切り出した音を小節内の楽譜と同じ正しい位置に置くとその音が途切れてしまいます、そのため便宜上、このWAVデータでは位置を調整し、1秒前に配置しています。

One of Ryuichi Sakamoto’s signature pieces, “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - 2021”, was recorded at Bunkamura Studio in Tokyo on July 30th, 2021, while fighting against illness, his only recording of this work in 2021. The 595 music notes of the melody on the right hand were digitally divided one by one and converted into a unique NFT.

The one bar music sheet's emphasized note indicates which part in the composition each NFT item corresponds to. Every note is numbered for each bar, composing a total of 595 notes from 96 bars. The piece is complete only when all 595 music notes are gathered.
 There is only one item for each note in the world, being the first NFT by Ryuichi Sakamoto.

Furthermore, the owners of this collectible NFT item can join the auction for “NFT for the rights to obtain “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence” by Ryuichi Sakamoto handwritten music sheet” starting on December 24th, 2021. The first-buyer benefit for this NFT is the limited download link for WAV file of the full version of “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence - 2021”, which will be sent via email at a later date.

●Description for NFT Item Name and Music Note
The part “X-X” added to the beginning of the NFT item name represents the bar number and the note number within the bar. If the item name is “1-1 “Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence” Ryuichi Sakamoto 坂本龍一”, it indicates the NFT for the 1st note of the 1st bar.

There is 1 note (ex. bars 95, 96), 
5 notes (ex. bar 23), 
8 notes (ex. bars 57, 58...), 
12 notes (ex. bars 1, 2, 3...), 
The tail of the last note of each bar can be heard in the first note of next bar.
So 

- The reference note is the highest note in the right hand (if there is harmony)
