本アイテムの保有者は、以下の権利を有します。
・Adam byGMOサービス内で、ご自身の氏名を本アイテムの保有者として表示することができます。
・本アイテムを鑑賞及び展示する際は液晶画面、プロジェクター、VRヘッドマウントディスプレイ等の電子機器上でのみ可能です。
・本アイテムを公衆に向けて展示することができます。
その際の必須掲示事項は以下の通りです。
「作品名」「作者名」
※入場料等の収益が発生する場合も展示可能ですが、事前にご相談ください。
本アイテムに関する注意事項
・本アイテムを複製することはできません。
・本アイテムを商用利用することはできません。
・本アイテムを印刷やその他の方法で物理的な媒体への出力を一切禁じます。
・本アイテムの知的財産権（著作権、特許権、実用新案権、商標権、意匠権その他の知的財産権）は、本アイテムの作成者によって保護されています。そのため、本アイテムを保有していたとしても、本アイテムの知的財産権を有することを意味しません。
・本アイテムの作成者からの事前の同意なしに、上記の「本アイテムの保有者が有する権利」の範囲を超えた行為、知的財産権を侵害するおそれのある行為 (改変、公開、配布を含みますが、これらに限定されません)を行うことはできません。
